Welcome
The Sustainability Project was developed with the vision to create a caring supportive community support network that anyone can access.
The mission is to provide opportunities for community to connect, participate in activities that enhance wellbeing, practice self care techniques and assist navigating mental health challenges.
We recognise that each individual comes with their own experiences, values and beliefs.
Our approach is holistic and we want you to feel supported along your wellness path. We provide you with tools and support which can empower you to make positive changes to your life and boost your self-confidence.

Supporting others has always come naturally to me.
From a young age I knew I wanted a career caring for others, that was rewarding, challenging and purposeful.

In 2010, I enrolled to study Speech Pathology at Newcastle University. After completing 3 years of my degree, life threw me a curveball.
I was unable to continue with my studies, which was devastating to me. My life had changed in the blink of an eye. It was then that I started on my own Mental Wellness Journey.

My Mental Wellness Journey
- Turning my passion into my purpose

In 2016, I began working in the Disability Support Sector as a Support Worker. I gained valuable experience working in multiple roles providing supports in 1:1 individual and group programs settings.
In 2018, I moved into a role as a Support Coordinator (CoS).
During my time as a CoS, I have developed a thorough understanding of the NDIS, and have established strong connections with local support services and networks in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas.
I have maintained a varied caseload, supporting clients living with chronic mental health challenges and various physical and intellectual disabilities.
